Long story short, I have either vaped or taken an edible about an hour before bed for the last decade. I’m currently in a dry spell that will continue for another week or so. At first I figured that’s fine, I’m wayyy over due for a break anyway.
Now I’m 3 days in and I haven’t slept at all. I never realized how much the stuff helped me sleep at night. I also have adhd and take Adderall daily. I take magnesium, melatonin, and trypophan before bed every night.
The last 2 nights I tried antihistamines and increasing the melatonin dosage. Nothing is working and I feel completely useless during the day. Any advice to get over this hump until I can find supply again?
