I’ve been taking Pachamama full-spectrum tincture with Holy Basil and Ylang-Ylang for about three weeks to help with anxiety. I was on the verge of starting to take xanax every day to ward off panic attacks and really didn’t want to go that route. The CBD does seems to keep me on an even keel. I take a 36 mg dose divided, half at breakfast and half at dinner.
I was thinking of adding a gummy in place of one of those doses. I’m not wild about the taste of the tincture–although it is tolerable, especially if I eat an Altoids cinnamon right after. ? Also, I’m thinking that the gummy in the evening might be better for a slow, sustained release.
Any thoughts or advice? What gummies do you like?
